What we collect and why

We do not collect special category data, and we do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.
Payment information
Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. The provider processes your payment as an independent controller under its own privacy notice.
How long we keep it
- Account and order records: for the life of the account and then six years, to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.
- Support correspondence: three years after the ticket is closed.
- Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, and then a suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Server and security logs: up to twelve months.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with organisations that help us run the service, and only as far as they need it: hosting and infrastructure providers, payment providers, shipping and courier partners, email delivery providers, and our accountants and professional advisers. Each acts under a written contract. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement (or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), together with any additional safeguards the transfer requires.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to: be informed; obtain a copy of your data; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. You can also object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing.
