Thunderbird (Windows, Mac, Linux) usually finds your account by itself. Calendars and the address book are added with the same password.
1. Email account
- ☰ → Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account (this screen opens by itself on first start).
- Enter Your full name, Email address and Password → Continue.
- Thunderbird says "configuration found" with IMAP selected. The server shown must be
mail.weblibi.com. Click Done.
If Thunderbird cannot find the settings, click Configure manually:
| Server | Port | SSL | Authentication | User name | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Incoming (IMAP) | mail.weblibi.com | 993 | SSL/TLS | Normal password | your full email address |
| Outgoing (SMTP) | mail.weblibi.com | 587 | STARTTLS | Normal password | your full email address |
Note: Automatic discovery works when your company's domain has the
autoconfig.{domain} record (the setup wizard shows it). Without it, manual setup takes a few seconds.2. Calendars
- Calendar icon on the left → + (New Calendar) under the calendar list → On the Network → Next.
- Username: your email address · Location:
https://webmail.weblibi.com/dav/→ Find Calendars. - Enter your password and tick Use Password Manager to remember this password.
- The list shows
takvim(events) andgorevler(tasks); tick both and click Subscribe.
3. Address book
- Address Book icon → arrow next to New Address Book → Add CardDAV Address Book.
- Username: your email address · Location:
https://webmail.weblibi.com/dav/→ Continue. - Enter the password; pick
kisilerin the list → Continue.
Troubleshooting
- "Unable to connect to server": your company network may block ports 993 and 587. For outgoing mail try 465 / SSL/TLS instead of 587.
- No calendars found: make sure the location ends with
/dav/.
